I’m Kendra Sampson, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. I provide a safe and supportive space where healing can begin and meaningful change can happen.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, empowering, and tailored to you. I meet you where you are—whether you’re facing current stressors, unresolved trauma, or just trying to make sense of your emotions—and walk with you toward where you want to be. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that taps into your strengths and helps you take back control of your thoughts, feelings, and direction in life.
I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Therapy techniques. This allows me to address the mind-body connection and work holistically to reduce distress, increase emotional regulation, and support long-term growth. I also specialize in supporting individuals navigating co-parenting, life transitions, and relationship stress.
