Insurance and Fees
Fees for service
Puglisi Counseling has established our payment options with the understanding that clients need access to quality mental health care in Northeast Pennsylvania. As a result, we have multiple payment options to assist in establishing care including insurance, cash, check, FSA/HSA, or credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover). Please contact us today to inquire about more information regarding costs associated with treatment.
Sliding scale options
Clients without insurance or limited finances may qualify for our reduced fee based on family income. However, sliding scales are provided on a limited basis and for a limited time. Please contact us for more information.
Cancellation policy
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled appointments. Messages can be left for your therapist at our Scranton office by calling (570) 766-0772 at least 24 hours in advance. A charge equal to half of a regular session fee will be assessed for appointments that are missed (no show), or cancelled without sufficient notice.
