In order to meet Act 168 requirements, we must contact all of previous employers of our clinicians where they had direct contact with children and obtain a completed Act 168 Form from them. Direct contact with children refers to the care, supervision, guidance or control of children or routine interaction with children. This will include employers in and out of state and does not include volunteer work completed.
